Q.
#asktheexperts my daughter is just 20 months old. I am a working mother and my daughter stays with her grandparents the whole day with a nanny. I return in the evening and try to spend as much time with her as possible. but before going to bed she cries for her nanny and almost refuses to go to bed without her. I am afraid if the nanny goes home for a night how will I manage ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. definitely it's a problem since the baby is very small and depending on the Nany for the needs baby has to grow to understand all this things it will take some time

See if you see out of 24 hours maximum time the child is with nanny so the child is getting used to her because the nanny is doing everything for her from feeding her to give a bath to do everything so what you do is now that for the time being one or two hours one after you come back home just tell the nanny to go out for some work or something to the child does not see her so try to spend more quality time that way and try to replace that Hollow that’s there for the child for a mother which the nanny has fulfilled so that’s one way that you can do
