Loss of appetite is common to be seen with any problem whether it is cold or fever and this is a major infection which is why this is happening you should try to give more of liquids to the child and since there is no fever if you are okay with it I would recommend you to give some ice cream to the child that’s actually going to be quite benefiting for the child in the current situation
