ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician8 months agoA. hi. .for cold and congestion steam inhalalion should be done primarily. or ca give nebulization, feed some ajwain water with honey or turmeric milk. do apply baby vicks on chest back n bottom of feet.
