#asktheexperts my daughter is going to school at morning 7o clock so I am keeping breakfast at 6.30 she eat idly,dosa,vada like that and midd morning i give him around 10 o clock one seasonal fruit it good

A. Yes yes of course you should give in fact banana would be best because it’s easy to carry plus the child gets a lot of strength and energy because banana is rich in carbs and helps in a lot of energy and strength in the body during the mid meal snack
