Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter is down with viral fever. Can you please advise how we could prevent this in future ?

A. yes by so for. vaccines are a must for boosting immunity. All vaccines should be taken as per schedule . Pain less variants are not for all vaccines . Painless is costly but cause less pain and fever than painful one but both are equally effective . Fever post vaccine can happen and can be handled easily by calpol . For pain at injection site can apply ice pack .

A. hi take necessary precautions like: you should offer homemade healthy diet to your child. for example, you can give green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits,nuts , pulses etc maintain good hydration. give massage to your child everyday which will also help to strengthen your child immunity. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day. you can give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt, turmeric powder and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
