Candid mouth pain you can apply and no it’s very difficult to say what can be the reason associated with that it could be associated with feeding bottles if you are using any sometimes you do not maintain proper oral hygiene also can lead to issues like that and sometimes when the child is only on breastfeeding the breast is not proper or there is some problem with the rest of the mother that can also lead to an issue like that
