A. Diaper rash is a common condition that can make a baby's skin sore, red, and tender. Try these tips to cure a diaper rash. Change your baby's wet diapers every 2 hours or soon after poop and clean the area with warm water. Pat the skin gently with a soft cloth when drying it — rubbing can irritate skin. Let your baby's skin dry completely and apply a thick layer of diaper cream on all surfaces that are going to be inside diaper before you put on another diaper. Put the diaper on loosely to prevent chafing. Keep baby diaper free for a few hours during the day. Applying diaper cream or ointment with every diaper change can help some babies with sensitive skin. Some types of detergent, soaps, diapers (or dyes from diapers), or baby wipes can affect sensitive skin, causing a rash.  Use a good quality diaper cream with atleast 10% zinc oxide like Desitin, B4napi, Sebamed, Bamboo nature, or Mamaearth to cure diaper rash. If baby is still having rash problems then better to check her diet for acidity causing foods. and also consult with your baby's pediatrician for any recommendations.
