A. after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usually occurs due to gastritis Constipation in children can be troubling, but a healthy diet can help alleviate this issue. To prevent constipation, it is crucial to incorporate high-fiber foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes into their daily meals. Encouraging them to drink plenty of water and stay physically active is also essential. Limiting processed foods, sugary treats, and excessive dairy consumption can aid in maintaining regular bowel movements. Additionally, probiotic-rich foods like yogurt can promote good gut health. Efnsuring a balanced diet that includes these elements can significantly reduce the occurrence of constipation in children, enabling better overall health and well-being.
