#asktheexperts My daughter is 23 months old and she drinks around 750 - 1000ml of milk in a day. One feed in the morning, 2nd during bed, 3rd mid night and 4th early morning. 4th feed is very less often. how can I reduce her milk intake

A. If your child is having three proper meals of breakfast lunch and dinner then there is no problem with this because this is a very normal time of meal that the child would have completely alright but he has definitely you should try to skip slowly the midnight feeding because if the child is going to sleep throughout the night that’s going to be good for the child itself
