Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can gidve bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggesdted by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
