Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter is 2 and half months old. since last few days she has started sucking her own hand. even immediately after feeding she socks her hand and if we remove it she starts crying. is this normal? can something be done to stop her do such a thing?

A. hi parent yes it's quite common due to hand regard milestones attained at this age so don't worry about it maintain hygiene in the area clean with lukewarm water maintain hydration

A. hi it is completely normal. nothing to worry about it. as your child grow,he outgrow from this. just gently remove your child hand from mouth or distract your child by giving toys.
