#asktheexperts my daughter is 2.5 years old and weight is just 10kgs. Is she underweight? What can be includes in her diet to increase weight?

A. Try to give fresh seasonal fruits .. Give apple, pear, banana, papaya, mango, chiku, vegetables like potatoes, carrot, sweet potato, dry fruits, include diary products like milk, curd, ghee, give eggs and chicken.

A. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian proteins are definitely the most important part carbohydrates and fats along with a child about 3 KG’s under wait and that’s a big margin so I suggest you to consult a nutritionist as well regarding the same
