#asktheexperts my daughter is 16 months old but her weight is not increasing so much and she still wants milk compared to other foods. How do we introduce new foods and reduce the milk dependency?

A. hi you can do this gradually. I mean , you can replace one session of breastfeeding with external milk. for that first ,you need to understand your child feeding pattern and hunger cues. then try to offer milk or food before your child asks for feeding.
