#asktheexperts my daughter is 14.6 years and her height is 150 cm . it's not increasing fast and I am a little worried about whether she can gain height or not. as her periods started early at 10 years. is there any possibility to grow height. please suggest any exercise or diet please.

A. Usually the height gets a little slow once a child reaches puberty and disk is the child has attained it early so currently with a an experience that I’ve seen is that if the child is very active in terms of sports specially swimming it helps in overall development of the body and growth which helps in increasing the height also since summers are there if you put your child into swimming for six months at a stretch it will be very helpful for the child for health and height also
