Q.

#asktheexperts My daughter is 1 year and 7 months old. I just want to know if her weight, height, and overall development are normal for her age, and what I can do to support her growth better — especially her eating habits and speech development.

A. Namaste Mom Toddlers are almost expected to triple their birth weight by the age of 1 and later double by the age of 5 as such Their diet should now include foods such as all regular family foods for speech it would be ideal to consult a speech therapist for proper diagnosis and therapy guidance
