Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 month agoA. There is no dietary plan the food that we eat is the right food to be given to the child plus of course and growing age proteins play a very important role of veg or non-Veg whatever you prefer should be given into all the meals of your child
