Q.
#asktheexperts my daughter has developed a fever after ear infection. before that she had viral fever and fever was gone on the 5th day. now my Pead has started her on antibiotics since 2 days. she is still getting fever but duration between the fever is increasing by 6 hrs, 9 hrs, 15 hrs. should I be worried as fever is not gone completely? till what time should I wait to visit the pead again for more tests?

whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .
