Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter had a fever last Friday. fever never got more than 100°F. Fever went away by Tuesday. but now she is coughing mostly at night and there's loss of appetite. I wanna know when she will gain back her appetite

A. it is very common that during the disease process the child will have loss of appetite as well as after the disease the child will have decreased appetite for food and this will last for at least one week. you have to provide plenty of water to drink and you can give food rich in fluids as well as juice extracted from fruits which will help in improving the appetite. if if the child isx having nutritional deficiency the doctor will add multivitamin supplements to increase the appetite.

A. Becasule you can start with this is going to be helpful you can give it for a month apart from that I would advise you to be more of liquid that’s going to be beneficial in the current situation and ginger juice and honey mixture can you given to the child three times
