A. Start outside food DIET : - it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD. Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive. Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child.

A. If your baby is 6 months old, you can start offering one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Give Dal Ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or rice porridge or boiled apple or boiled potato or boiled sweet potato or upma or any one fruit puree or stewed apple or stewed pear or any one vegetable puree or mashed carrot or clear vegetable soup. Give sips of water in between meals. Offer milk in designed sippers or colourful sippers to attract the attention of the kid.
