You can ragi in the form of soup along with vegetables and in the form of ragi rice balls served with ghee, dal. You can include Ragi in sweets like ragi kaju laddo,barfi etc. You can give them whichever form they like to have. And Banana is also a good source to get vitamins and it also feels full. Once in a while babies don't feel to eat and it is ok. Give them milk with saunf, dry ginger(sonthi). You can give ajwain water to your baby. It helps in digestion.

you can give weight gaining foods like curd rice , banana shake, mango shake , chocolate shake , dry fruits and be given by adding in food , home made fresh juices etc
and avoid junk food and outside food
