ExpertDr Suruchi JunejaPediatric Dentist10 months agoA. Dear parent, teething or eruption of first tooth is a genetically determined process. None of the supplements or diet can affect the speed or timing of eruption. So dont worry as the first tooth can sometimes take upto 18 months to erupt
