kids start to loose their milk teeth by the age of 5-6 years.
dont worry if teeth are falling now.
within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts

What do you mean by saying dropped to front teeth are you talking about the regular fall of teeth like milk teeth or child got hurt because if you’re talking about milk tea then we cannot confirm when the new teeth will come of course it will come when they are ready for the eruption and if your child got hurt and got the teeth broken and if it was a permanent then they don’t come back but if it was a milk it will when the permanent teeth are ready to come
