#asktheexperts my daughter 10 year old and she is taking alot of time to sleep in night around 1 or 2 hour because of that her sleeping hours are reduce..and she is crancky full day ..it's been from around 2 months

A. Sometimes too much tiredness also does not not helps sleeping. Ask her to read some story books or listening to soft music helps.

A. she is not sleeping in day time and every day she is doing alot of physical activities also like basketball gymnastics but after then also she is not sleeping well

A. Ma’am I think it would be good for you to completely stop giving daytime nap to the child if you’re giving any when your child comes back from the school keep the child busy active and put your child into physical activity with which the child will be more exhausted and tired and that’s actually going to help a lot because once the body will be tired the child is going to sleep better and early and through the night
