#asktheexperts my child would be entering the 7th month what should I start as a first food. how should I gve her.. how many time food should b in a day.. how many times milk nd water should be given to her

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 month agoA. you can feed her 2 meals n one snack a day and breast feed or formula feeding between meals n on demand. give 30 to 45 ml water per day
