#asktheexperts My child started taking seni solids before 20 days but since then she faces constipation a lot..what to do?

A. as u start with solids it is important to keep the baby well hydrated ... water helps in digesting.. rice suji banana may cause constipation issues... chk the first cry pg fr receipes....
