RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl1 month agoA. If your child is maintaining a minimum sleep of 8 to 10 hours in a date then it is not less but if your child is not even sleeping like that in that case you can consult your doctor otherwise minimum of 8 to 10 hours in a day is absolutely fine in this
