Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl3 weeks agoA. As of now you should start giving all the family foods to the child plus good amount of vegetarian protein you can also introduce egg yellow chicken and fish from the age of 11 months itself and egg from the age of 13 months
