RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 weeks agoA. Continue with paracetamol and you can repeat it every six hours if it is needed take the temperature and repeat if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours consult your doctor along with that also going to advise you to do Thande Paani ki patti regularly
