#asktheexperts My child 5 yrs 7 months old, he has continuously constipation issue. Alternate days he used to go for potty,with hard stool please suggest some diet plan

Three things I would recommend you that you should do without fail first is to give prune juice in the night before sleeping and you should apply some castor oil in the navel that will be good before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water making your child sit in Malaasan and that will help in releasing constipation over the period
