ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, you can give 3 ml pf dolo suspension in every 4 to 5 hourly.. after giving dolo wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature
