Have lot of skin to skin sessions with your baby. He will naturally try to latch on. And the key is to feed frequently which will inturn increase your milk supply. Milk secretion increases based on demand. So more and more your baby sucks or tries to feed ur milk supply will increase. Garlic or Garlic milk, fenugreek seeds, nuts, oats, green leafy vegetables, ridge gourd, bottle gourd, pumpkin, pulses. Including these in your daily diet can increase milk supply. Also check with your gynecologist and get some supplement like galact granules prescribed. It can also increase breastmilk. Don't leave long gaps between feeds, frequent pumping will increase milk. But still if it not sufficient you can start with formula milk after consulting with your doctor.

Irregular periods is common after delivery specially when u r breastfeeding. Some may get it as early as two months and some don't get it even after a year. While few others get it one month and suddenly no periods for couple of months or Some may get too early every month before completing one month with more than usual flow or at times only spotting . If it's bothering you, then it is good to consult your gynecologist once. Or else it is normal. But it is always good to use contraceptive methods after delivery even if u have irregular or no periods.

Hello...sometimes there may not be any reasons....have you checked with the flow of your milk...if it's too low also baby may not accept.  even feeding positions too matter...periods some resume early n some delay...both r normal..
