Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as you are nursing mother,it is better to avoid dieting because during breastfeeding journey, your body needs more energy and nutrients. so please take Healthy and well blanaced diet. to reduce your weight, instead of dieting , you can choose to do regular exercise and yoga. go for daily walk. avoid taking junk food items
