Q.

#asktheexperts My boy is 3 years old. he doesn't drink milk since the age of 1 year. is it necessary for him to have milk and what should I do??

A. no not at all.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. hello mom, if your kids don't love milk then you can go for milk substitute like curd buttermilk she is paneer egg soya tofu.. also you can try soya milk or almond milk
