#asktheexperts ...my baby will turn 6 mnth in nov 4 ..what should be his diet and also other than mother milk which milk is better ..cow / buffalo / goat ...and also what utensils should I use silicon or steel ...and should I introduce bottle or use spoon and bowl of steel or silicon

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy2 months agoA. Hi mom cow milk or buffalo milk to be introduced once the baby completes one year. till then u can continue to breastfeed ur baby or give formula milk. u can start with Cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree etc as the first food
