#asktheexperts My baby was born on July 22. It's been past a month. I want to loss some weight and work on my belly size. When can I start exercising?

A. dear mum, if you had a normal delivery, then you can begin to exercise now. if you had a c section, then you can begin to exercise only after 6 weeks of resting period and after having consulted your doctor.
