#asktheexperts my baby very less weight can u plz healthy food details.... for weight gain

A. Dear mum, eggs and non veg food can be given for healthy weight gain. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add powdered nuts like almonds, walnuts and dry fruits like dates to baby’s diet. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to baby’s food.
