#asktheexperts My baby three months old now. Milk insufficient but not drink formula milk Please give me a solution

A. you can take roasted Fox nuts and shatavri with milk used also ensure that you are taking small portions of food at regular interval and intake of good amount of milk in your diet will be helpful for you to get proper milk
