Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. hiccups in children occur due to gas which is present in the stomach. during the feeding process child takes air along with milk and that air goes inside the stomach which irritates leading to hiccups. z you have to offer feeding as well as do proper burping(for atleast 20 minutes) to decrease this problem and it is a self limiting problem during hiccups just give breastfeeding again and keep the child in upright position for burping which will stop the episode z

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. This is completely normal scenario with kids Salon worry about it as my age will go the problem is going to reduce down on its own only but currently you cannot do anything about it and this is hundred percent knowledge with every single child
