A. hi see ..as such there isn't such connection between saliva taste and spiting . its very common and normal for young babies to spit milk after each feeding the main reason behind this is overfeeding or incorrect latching. so ,please feed your baby on demand . but dont overfeed your baby and dont forget to burp your baby well after each feeding .
