#asktheexperts My baby sleeps whole day barely gets up 1- 2 hr twice in a day and at night sleeps at 4 am since last 4 days. What to do to let her understand difference between day n night?

A. Mam actually kids have different sleep pattern at different ages which is changing from time to time so currently with what you are mentioning into your query seems to be absolutely normal and there is no problem in this
