sleep pattern varries from baby to baby and time to time so no need to worry for that.continue with the exclusive breastfeeding as per baby's demand.have patience it will take some time to regularise sleep schedule.

Looking at the age of your child kids do not have any particular sleep pattern or sleep timing so do not worry about it this is completely normal for a child they can stay up to the day and sometimes I sleep through the night and sometimes they’re up through the night and sleep through the day
