Q.

#asktheexperts my baby sleeping hours is less n she sleeps late so how can I manage her n my studies as I can not study well because of lack of time management or may be I m alone to take care of her all day long

A. Hello, your baby girl is 20 months old and she is late sleeper and less too so you can give her an apetizer like cypon 2 ml before dinner so

A. hi mam,first try to set consistent routine for both of you. try to wake up early in morning and finish your household work before your baby wake up. so ,you can give enough time to your child for his or her daily activities like massaging, bathing etc. and it will be easy for both of you to adjust with each other.
