#asktheexperts my baby poop very hard and dry form past one week he strains very hard to poop he is one year old he poops 3-4 times a day before but now poops only one which is quite medium in size very hard and dry as rocks

A. Your child is not having enough amount of water and fibres in the diet so you should definitely make sure to include plenty of fluids into the diet of your child which will help in better digestion and motion
