Q.

#asktheexperts My baby passed bit greenish brownish stool today, it is not black coloured. I ate spinach yesterday. I got the answer that it is because of imbalance between hindmilk and foremost. What is imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk? And how it can be corrected?

A. Correcting a Foremilk and Hindmilk Imbalance Refraining from switching from one breast to another quickly (less than 5 to 10 minutes each) when feeding your baby. ...Feeding your baby before he or she becomes excessively hungry to prevent aggressive sucking that could lead to oversupply.
