Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needccs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Sinarist 2ML to your child twice a day for three days and for cough I’m going to advise you to give Tulsi ginger juice and honey make sure to your child twice a day for five days that’s going to be helpful apart from that for for the medicines you should consult your paediatrician ones
