the weight of a child between 2 to 3 years should be between 12 to 14 kgs.
but sometimes child's weight might be less but child will be active and healthy then no need to worry.
some kids will look malnourished and also will have health issues then in that case you have to consult with a pediatrician to give them the nutritional supplements otherwise if the child is active and healthy no need to worry
