#asktheexperts my baby is turning 6 in a week. he's on mixed feed. when can I start complementary feeding? and what should I start with?

A. As soon as the baby completes 6 months or 180 days of age you can start giving solids to the baby: For a diet chart you can check the home section of first cry parenting
