Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. to decrease this you have to maintain hygiene of the oral cavity by regular cleaning the oral cavity with the help of your finger as a less you can use cleaxn cotton cloth.
this has to be done at least two times per day
also the increased salivation is due to the pre tooth eruption pain and the irritation of dirty things the child places in the oxral cavity

Sometimes drooling happens when the baby starts teething gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce the discomfort. Use Babyhug teethers for your baby. Consult your doctor for further advice.
