#asktheexperts my baby is six month old but in the sleep he do lot of movements. How to improve this?

When the child is having some kind of a discomfort or issue you can often see them moving like this that means your child is not having a stable sleep because of some discomfort it could be irritation of teeth coming it could be feeling cold they could be any of these things make your child a very comfortable and cosy sleeping
