Hello ma’am Since you mentioned that it is an allergy only then it would be better for you to either consult a paediatrician or a dermatologist because you’re not apply anything randomly on an allergy because it could worsen it also so as of now don’t apply anything from your side don’t try to self medicate just consult your doctor ones
